Just a little note about me...
My name is Elaine Chassé and I've been doing these
fun purses for about 2 years now. It started off
just as something I made for myself---then I was asked
to make a couple for a friend and now here I am.
I've been working as a Nail Tech for 24 years but
have always been into making things, painting,
anything creative. One of my loves is vintage 
EVERYTHING, so it was easy working that theme
into my bags.I had quite a collection of fabric that I was
always going to do "something" with so that is what I
began working with. Now I get fabric and embellishments
anywhere from ebay to estate sales and flea markets.
Someones Grandmothers attic is a favorite place too!

I carry my own purses,and love them. They ARE made
out of vintage fabrics so you do have to use a little TLC
with them,I try not to put mine on restaurant floors etc.
But I do carry mine everywhere,everyday and have not
had any problem. If you are like me,they are a statement
and are like a piece of jewelry.
