Lost in the land of Purses
Lions and Tigers and Purses, oh my! It's a fun obsession isn't it? Before making these bags I was always looking for different actual vintage purses to carry. Doctor's style bags, wicker box purses, leather tooled hippie bags...I had quite a little collection. Then, one day, feeling a project coming on... I goofed around and came up with my first purse, which by the way, took me 2 whole days to sew...I am not a seamstress by any stretch of the imagination, but shabby chic was in so figured I could pull it off. I started carrying it and right away, every where I went ladies were noticing it. Little by little I began making and selling them to friends and Nail clients. (I'm a nail tech) I love making them now (I've gotten much better at it!) and I would love to share them with you! They are artsy, funky and different and go great with any personality. I have sold them to classic classy ladies as well as earthy girls and everything inbetween! They go great with Blue Fish, Flax, Angelheart, Krista Larson and Cythia Ashby, etc. clothing lines. Definately wearable art!!
Stop in anytime and drop me a line.I would love to hear from you. This website setting up thing has been QUITE a challenge for me,I am not versed in computers at all,but I am slowly figuring it out. So soon it should be good to go. I hope you find me out there in cyberspace and I hope to hear from you! Always,Elaine
